THE COMPANY...
This is a permanent position working for a small but well established property company in York City Centre. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator looking for their next career step or a Lettings Administrator looking for a new challenge

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Hours -Full time
£19,000

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
- Process references on tenants
- Coordinate contractor visits
- Facilitate maintenance issue resolution
- Draw up tenancy agreements, tenancy renewals, gas certificate renewals
- General office admin
- Booking viewings and attending viewings
- Check ins and check outs
- Telephone handling and accounts (rent payments)

YOU MUST...
 Have an excellent telephone manner
 Have confident customer service and administration skills
 Be driven and well organised
