We are seeking a Lettings Administrator on a permanent basis to join a student lettings department in a busy property lettings agency in Falmouth, Cornwall. This is an office-based role, although you will also be out and about visiting properties around Falmouth and Penryn - therefore a full clean UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential.
Your duties as Lettings Administrator will be to provide a high level of customer service to landlords and tenants, property visits and inspections, viewings and all aspects of administration. Industry experience is a strong advantage.

You will be the first point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring all compliance and legal requirements are met.
Responsibilities will also include check-ins, check-outs, inspections and viewings
Required education, skills and qualifications:
- Skills within office administration or lettings agency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to set and maintain high standards, both process orientated and customer service focused
- A team player who is able to make decisions
- Excellent computer skills
- Highly organised
You will be joining a fun and friendly office with free parking, pension scheme and the opportunity to do a professional qualification with ARLA.
Working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm and every 3rd Saturday from 10am-1pm with time off in lieu.
Salary is £19k to £21k per annum
