We have on offer an excellent opportunity to gain experience of working within the Social Housing sector for one of the largest Registered Social Landlords in the south West.

You will be supporting the team to enable them to deliver a comprehensive lettings service by arranging viewings and sign-ups, preparing sign up packs and tenancy agreements and setting up applicants onto the in-house system.

It is not essential to have a background in working in housing, we are looking for strong administrative skills and the ability to work well under pressure with good computer skills and an eye for detail.

This role will initially be for 4 months with potential for further work after this period. The hourly rate is £9.32 plus holiday pay.

The offices are based within a 10-15 minute walk from the train station in Truro, a short stroll from the shops and cafe's for your lunch break.
