Are you looking to develop Administration experience in a fast-paced and professional organisation within Leeds City Centre?

This is an immediately available position as an Administrator within a busy Lettings team. You will be responsible for varied office support duties as well as providing excellent levels of customer service. Your key duties will include the following:

  • Handling incoming enquiries and requests via phone and email
  • Scheduling appointments and bookings
  • Managing jobs through a bespoke system
  • Reviewing work progress
  • Handling any complaints

If you are looking to start your career in a varied administration and customer service focussed role, or perhaps have some office experience and are seeking the next step this role could be ideal for you! You must have an excellent approach to Customer Service and the following the skills and experience:

  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Strong telephone manner
  • Customer Service experience
  • A great work ethic
  • Confidence in liaising with internal and external contacts
  • Organisational skills
