Lettings Administrator (Dual)
North West London

Our client, a very prestigious and successful property company based in North West London are looking to recruit two Lettings Administrators to join their vibrant offices that deal predominantly with high end and prestigious properties.

Duties will include:

*Overseeing the full rental process
*Maintain an overview of the complete process
*Monitoring the progress of each tenancy application
*Build strong relationships with clients and the branches to encourage future business and deliver essential client retention
*Up sell instruction type and fee structure
*Deal with issues to ensure clients and tenants needs are fully satisfied and move ins are smooth and efficient
*Update tenants and landlord with on-going maintenance issues
*Co-ordination and maintaining relationships with contractors
*Carry out reports and send to Landlords

Skills and attributes:

*Previous Lettings Administration experience
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Ability to multitask
*Articulate
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
*Solid IT skills
