Lettings Administrator

My client, based in Birmingham Centre near to Snow Hill station is looking for a strong Lettings Administrator to join their busy and growing team! The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Your duties will include

- First point of contact via telephone and emails for any general enquiries
- Calling potential tenants
- Creating contracts
- Working on lettings software
- Assisting Letting Manager
- General admin, filing, faxing etc

Skills Required:

- Strong admin skills
- Good knowledge of microsoft packages
- Confident telephone manner
- Flexible attitude to work
- Team player
