Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Lettings Administrator to join an established Property company based in Blackheath.
You will join a fun and dedicated team supporting with administration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sending out instruction packs with new tenancy instructions
- Dealing with references
- Creating tenancy agreements
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Arranging inventories
- Minute taking at meetings
- Assisting with general office duties
- Other ad hoc duties
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills / experience:
- Previous Administration experience
- Strong IT skills with experience using CRM
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and effectively manage workloads
