This highly successful, yet friendly estate agency is currently recruiting for a Lettings Administrator to cover a maternity role for one year, starting at the beginning of June in their well-located Wimbledon office.
This role will pay up to £27,000 depending on your level of experience, yet ideally will have had a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience working in a busy lettings office. Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm.
You will be working alongside a part-time administrator and supporting a lettings manager and three lettings negotiators, working in a busy and vibrant office, where you will be responsible for progressing all tenancy paperwork up until move in. You will also be responsible for ensuring the company has signed terms and conditions, gas safety certificates from their landlords, inserting details into template contracts and adding any special clauses, issuing section 21’s (via a template on their database) and general correspondence between landlord and tenant.
You will also be given training on their database should you need it, and there will be a handover period of three to four weeks with their current administrator before she goes on maternity leave. ARLA qualifications would be preferred but are not essential.
