Lettings Administrator/Personal Assistant Bow - E3
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Administrator/Personal Assistant to join a vibrant, longstanding and well established multi office Estate Agency based in Bow E3
The successful candidate will be a strong team player, very organised, self-motivated and able to prioritise completion demands in challenging and constrained situations within the Lettings industry.
You will deal with the Lettings progression from start until Move In, you will also provide admin duties to senior management in a personal assistant manner.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful Property Administrator must have the following skills:
- Impeccable written and spoken English.
- Excellent IT literacy.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- An understanding of Lettings
- Demonstrable customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise work efficiently.
- Be able to problem solve and react to situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Team player.

This leading firm are offering a salary of between £18 - 22k per annum
