Lettings Administrator required for a very well established and respected independent Sales & Lettings Estate Agency in Totnes. Our client operates at the middle to higher end of the market with offices across the South West. You must be well presented, hard working and posses excellent customer service standards.

Whilst learning and supporting your colleagues other administrative tasks include:

• Handling tenant applications

• Creating marketing materials

• Daily liaison with tenants, landlords and contractors; dealing with questions, queries and updates

• Undertaking credit references and general reference checks.

In addition and on a daily basis other primary tasks will include; answering the phone, organising and accompanying viewings, responding to email enquiries, ensuring the accuracy property details and particulars, accompany viewings and manage the negotiations between the tenant and landlord. This is an extremely busy and high pressured office, therefore the ability to thrive in such an environment is paramount.
