Lettings Administrator and Accounts Assistant

Our client an established independent agency is looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator will also manage the letting accounts through the Jupix system.

This will be a busy and varied role in which you will support the Letting department.

Hours - 8.30am - 6pm Monday to Friday and one in two Saturdays 9am -5pm with a week day off in lieu.

Duties to inculde:

Co-coordinating everything for move ins from signing up to moving in, keeping landlords and tenants updated throughout, including:

Referencing

Checking IDs

Preparing tenancy agreements and other tenancy documents

Ordering inventories

Setting up Standing orders

Registering deposits with DPS

Ensuring properties are ready for moving into

Post check-in admin

Answering queries

Answering phone and greeting customers in office

Registering applicants and booking viewings

Taking responsibility for the accounts (rents)

Also helping with:

Tenancy renewals

Serving legal notices
