Excellent opportunity to work for an established company based in York on a 6 month contract basis. This role will support a busy team and needs someone who has experience of working in a similar environment.
- Central administration support for accounts
- Registering payments into the system
- Reconciling accounts
- Registering deposits
- Liaising with customers and colleagues on the telephone
- Typing and data input
- Filing and collation of documents
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in accuracy and achieving deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills are needed as the role will involve building relationships with clients and customers
Salary £18,000 -£20,000 depending on experience (Working 1 Saturday in 4 9am - 3.30pm).
