Our clients are an independent multi-disciplined Estate Agency and Lettings brand who have a modern and forward thinking approach. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Accounts Administrator to work in their Coventry dealing with their Lettings Accounts. The is a fantastic role which has the opportunity to progress to an office management role!

The role involves:

·Ensuring all rents are collected
·Ensure all outgoing bills, invoices and maintenance costs are paid to Landlords and contractors
·Identify unpaid rents, maintenance and other expense bills as they fall due
·Chasing rents and maintenance contractors
·VAT Returns
·Posting tenant and landlord receipts
·Processing banking receipts
·Credit/debit card payments
·Posting supplier and agency invoices
·client fees and tenant arrears chasing
·Corresponding with Solicitors for legal guidance and court action
·Issuing Tax Statements to Landlords

Essential Skills:
·Lettings Accounts experience is ESSENTIAL
·Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
·Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
·Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
·High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
·An eye for detail and ability to work to deadlines
