Letting agent administrator

Full time Administration Assistant daily tasks will include:

  • Answering the telephone, dealing with clients / general enquiries
  • Resolving tenants’ issues
  • Scanning and filing documents
  • Chasing orders for equipment / services
  • Handling general correspondence
  • Banking, post and general administration duties
  • Experience in Word/Excel.
  • Knowledge TLS Lettings software an advantage


Personal Skills & Characteristics of Admin Assistant:

  • Confident telephone manner with good interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and responsible with common sense
  • Hard working and enthusiastic
  • Attention to detail

The successful candidate will be required to work additional hours from time to time to cover Holidays / Sickness for one other member of staff

Admin Assistant Salary & Benefits

Rate of pay: £17,000 pa
Days per week - Monday to Friday 9.00-5.00
Holidays - 21 days pro rata including BHs
