The Letters Team Assistant oversees and administers mail services, including printing, enveloping, booking recorded delivery and arranging letter scanning to customer folders. They will also be responsible for allocating workloads within the team and working closely as a team to ensure completion of the daily tasks required.
Due to the high risk of manual errors when dealing with customer mail and the reputational and regulatory risk of getting it wrong, role holders must be committed to ensuring an exemplary level of accuracy and control over documentation and letters.
The Letters Team Assistant should continually look to identify the development of automation tools to maximise efficiency and assist with testing and implement new processes and tools.
Due to the letters volume being reliant on Remediation Tranches, including the Book of Work (BOW), during quieter letter periods the Letters Team Assistant may be required to support the other CEM activities.
Pay rate: £120 per day
Hours: 35 per week, Mon -Fri9am-5pm
Temporary assignment up until: 31/12/19
