Letters & Network FP&A Analyst - Chesterfield
Starting from c£35,000 (dependent on experience) plus 10% bonus and 25 days annual leave

Royal Mail Group is a successful and rapidly evolving business. Following a recent business wide restructure of the Finance function there is an opportunity for an individual to join the newly formed Financial Planning and Analysis team based in Chesterfield. The team perform a key role by providing insight and analysis and driving the performance agenda in collaboration with the Finance Business Partnering team. The team’s output help enable the most senior leaders of the organisation make the right decision at the right time.
About the role
Amongst a variety of activities the successful individual will be responsible for planning, analysis, decision support, controllership and holding the business to account. The role will review and validate financial performance and management information with the aim of driving performance improvement in a competitive and cost conscious environment.
The role will focus on contributing to the wider FP&A team, business engagement and stakeholder management to be able to deliver a successful result.

The role requires a full or part qualified accountant, who can explain complex financial issues clearly and concisely, use data to support recommendations for change, has a solid team focus and strong excel skills.
