About the Lending Operations Manager:
The role of the Lending Operations Manager is to progress residential development loan applications to completion, ensuring they are processed efficiently within policy and criteria. The Lending Operations Manager will manage all aspects of case pipelines, including making quality determinations in terms of risk, completing extensive due diligence and overseeing drawdown, all while developing good working relationships with borrowers and lenders.
We are looking for a knowledgeable Lending Operations Manager to lead and manage our Loan Admin Team. To be considered for this role, applicants must have experience of property development and a proven record within the residential development funding sector
The Lending Operations Manager will be responsible for working with BDMs and maintaining Broker relationships. Must be able to demonstrate a number of years’ experience within property finance which may include residential property development, commercial / semi-commercial, short-term lending or bridging, and ideally alternative finance/Peer to Peer.
The ideal candidate will have a hands-on style and be an excellent team leader who has experience of leading process improvement and a desire to deliver a high quality service to internal and external clients.

You will be an experienced line manager with experience gained in Property finance and knowledge of general banking credit process with the ability to extract key financial information. You will be able to build good working relationships with customers, brokers and professionals, be a self-starter and can thrive in a customer focussed environment.
A strong experience of real estate finance operations and credit are essential.
