Leisure Travel Advisor - Fixed Term
Joining the Leisure Travel team as a Leisure Travel Advisor you’ll manage the leisure travel bookings of over 13,000 TUI UK & Ireland colleagues, answering calls and emails regarding discounts, offers and concession benefits. Working in a call centre environment you’ll book, amend and cancel holidays for employees in line with set policies and procedures. Customer service and professionalism are key to your role, along with maintaining excellent working relationships.
This position is being offered on a Fixed Term Contract.
What you will be doing
As a Leisure Travel Advisor your role will be crucial to ensuring a high level of employee engagement and you will bring the magic of holidays alive for your colleagues with your personality, professionalism and personalised service.
You will be responsible for manually calculating concession entitlements, accurately updating systems, booking a variety of travel products and the administration of staff benefits. You’ll need to understand your customers, help them find the perfect holiday and promote the benefits available to them. You’ll be passionate for results and achieve individual call handling and quality targets to ensure that service level agreements are met. You’ll deliver our customer promise through applying behaviours, culture and language every day.
You’ll inspire and respect your colleagues whilst sharing a great sense of fun. But if things don’t go quite right, you’ll be confident to investigate and resolve initial queries on the spot.

• Passion and a proven track-record in the travel industry
• Previous experience and a proven track record in a call centre environment
• A customer driven and positive individual with a passion for delivering contemporary service
