We are recruiting for a Health Club Assistant to focus on providing high standards of service for our members and guests. Your role will involve making class bookings, dealing with telephone enquiries, welcoming and registering guests to the Club and a variety of other duties.
You will work as part of an experienced team and will be provided with excellent training and development.
Competencies of a Club Assistant:
- You must be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality to our guests and be willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
- The ability to establish rapport and deliver high standards of service with a genuine and approachable manner is essential. Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
