Legal Training and Development Officer
Salary: Competitive Salary + 3% flexible benefits + on target bonus of 5% + contributory pension
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am to 5.15pm

When it comes to our employee's, we want them to not only feel comfortable in their new role but confident that they can thrive. So we need a experience trainer who can deliver comprehensive legal training programmes and solutions to the business. Provide constructive feedback to our employee's and support them through the transition into their new roles. Carry out additional reviews on employee's performance through letters and emails and effectively providing this to their new managers to help with their new roles.

What do we need from you?
This is a role for an experienced training and development officer who has previously worked to deliver to large inductions. Having the ability to adapt their training/ learning styles to meet requirements for roles and individuals in the group. A enthusiastic and motivational role model who is approachable for all questions. An excellent communicator and listen will help you thrive. We're also looking for an eye for detail, IT skills and a touch of commercial acumen.
