What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping transactions moving smoothly from instruction through to completion, including:

• Supporting conveyancing fee earners on a range of residential property matters
• Preparing contracts, legal documents, and completion packs
• Managing files from opening through to post-completion
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
• Handling AML checks and onboarding processes
• Preparing completion statements and assisting with billing
• Diary management, scheduling, and deadline tracking
• General administrative support to keep everything running efficiently

What They’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Conveyancing or Private Client
• A solid understanding of the conveyancing process
• Strong typing and organisational skills
• A confident, professional communicator
• Someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in their work
