Legal Secretary

Well established solicitors are looking for 2 legal secretaries, one with conveyancing experience and the other with private client experience. Each secretary will have their own office working for one solicitor each.

The role is permanent with excellent working conditions and benefits

Hours 9-5

Duties

  • Audio and Typing.
  • Preparing documents and correspondence·
  • filing
  • Typing of legal documentation
  • Liaising with clients via phone, email
  • Arranging appointments
  • General legal duties
  • Arranging court hearings

Experienced
You will need good audio typing/skills, and a working knowledge of MS Office. Previous experienced as legal secretary is required ideally either in conveyancing or private client.
