Legal Secretary

Well established solicitors are looking for 2 legal secretaries, one with family experience and the other with personal injury experience. Each secretary will have their own solicitor.

The role is permanent with parking and excellent working conditions.

Duties

  • Audio and Typing.
  • Prepare documents and correspondence· maintain filing·.
  • Typing up legal documentation
  • Managing incoming and outgoing communications / correspondence
  • Liaising with clients via phone, email and letter
  • Arranging appointments
  • General legal duties


Experienced
You will need excellent audio typing/skills, a good working knowledge of MS Office. Previous experienced as legal secretary either family or Personal injury is required
