We are currently looking for an excellent Legal Secretary to join us to provide essential support to some of our top personal injury Lawyers in our Oxford office.

The role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and highly motivated Legal Secretary. The role will involve providing a full administrative and executive support function, typically within one work stream. You will have technical and administrative experience gained in a legal environment, with the ability to produce stock letters, forms and documents for clients, defendants, third parties, the court and extracting the information required from the case file.

In return, you will have the opportunity to work alongside lawyers and other support colleagues on a diverse portfolio and highly prestigious cases, making a vital contribution to the lives of the clients we represent.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional organisational skills

  • Strong IT and case management skills

  • You will be self-sufficient and thrive in a busy working environment

  • Excellent communication and client care skills are essential to the role.

  • Empathy with the Labour and trade union movement is desirable
