My client is a Yorkshire based law firm who are looking for a part-time Legal Secretary to work within their insolvency team. The position will be a part of a job share up to 21 hours a week.

The ideal candidate will have previous secretarial experience and will ideally be from a legal background. Perfect opportunity for an experienced secretary who wants to get stuck into a new role!

As a Legal Secretary your duties will include:
• Assisting with the creation of Legal Documents/Letters/Emails for clients
• Copy typing/Audio typing
• Diary management and travel arrangements
• Prepare Bills
• Arrange offsite meetings
• Being point of contract/taking messages from clients
• Manage client payments

As a Legal Secretary you will have the following skills:
• Previous secretarial experience, ideally from a legal background
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, grade C or above
• Excellent communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Highly proficient in all Microsoft packages

Legal Secretary - Leeds City Centre - Part-Time £21,000-22,500 pro rata
