Kelly Services are currently working in partnership with a successful client based in Nottingham City Centre that are a national company that are committed to being a quality business that are relationship-led, offering a range of specialisms.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing a high level of support to legal departments, assisting them in delivering legal services. You will deal with client phone calls and dealing with queries, providing research support for cases, dealing with online applications such as Land Registry and Companies House. You will also be responsible for compiling court bundles, contract packages and obtaining client documentation. The role will also involve coordinating client reports, attending meetings and preparing routine correspondence.
To succeed in the role
You will have excellent administration and secretarial skills in a property/conveyancing environment/department. You will be an excellent communicator, able to deal with a range of clients and professionals. You will have experience of using document and case management systems in a legal environment.

In return, the client offer a salary of £18,000-£25,000 depending on experience alongside other benefits.
