You will have previous experience working as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to enable you to hit the ground running and make immediate positive impact to this busy team.
You must be organised, have excellent attention to detail and accuracy standards and be confident working in a busy, fast paced environment.
You must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
As Legal Secretary a typical day will include:
- Audio and copy typing
- Processing legal documents and correspondence
- Dealing with notes
- Handling telephone calls
