Within this legal secretary role, you will provide support and assistance to the team working in a typing pool alongside a team of secretaries supporting conveyancing, private client, matrimonial and litigation work. Your key duties will include:
- Audio/copy typing
- Liaising with clients as and when needed
- Preparing/drafting legal documents and letters
- Diary management
- Providing key administrative support
This role requires an experienced legal secretary with a wealth of experience working in conveyancing along with some experience in other areas of law. You must also have excellent communication skills, a can do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile.
