Having practiced law for over a century, with firm roots in the Yorkshire region, a top, regional firm is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their team on a 9 month, fixed-term contract.
Working out of their Leeds office, the successful candidate will join a team of ambitious individuals seeking to take the firm to the next level.
As a Legal Secretary, you will work full time supporting the Private Client department. The role will be to provide direct support to the team including audio typing, dealing with incoming calls, letters and emails, managing diaries, dealing with client queries, although there will be other duties in the role.
You should be fully trained in secretarial practice; illustrating excellent efficiency in word-processing and audio-typing, and a demonstrable degree of self-management and initiative.
You will be supported by an excellent and experienced team, there to assist you, whilst also relying on your skills and background. This is a firm that consistently ranks within the Top 200 in the country, firmly established and well-respected.
Experience in the Private Client sector is desirable however, we will happily consider Secretaries from other backgrounds.
