Legal Secretary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join my clients law practice supporting a Residential Conveyancing Fee-Earner.

You will work closely with the Fee Earners to ensure that they continue to provide their excellent service focused on the Client’s needs. The role will include the typing of correspondence and documents (leases, agreements and other property documents), carrying out company searches, diary management, form completion, dealing with SDLT returns and Land Registry Applications and other admin related duties.

You will ideally have 12 months previous experience of working within a legal environment however training will be provided. You will be a team player who is pro-active and organised in their work. You will also have strong client care skills, take pride in your work and have an excellent eye for detail.
