Your company is a solicitors located in Lancaster with an established company across the UK. They are locally recognised and well known nationwide. This business is a multi based law firm looking for an experienced legal secretary for their Lancaster office. The role will be based in residential property and due to increased business they need someone with experience to help with the
Your new role
Your new role involves you carrying out general secretarial duties alongside legal practice workload. You will be:
- Audio typing (Essential)
- Proof reading
- General administrative duties
- Applying documents to the in house style
- Use a case management system
- Working as part of a team
- Diary management
- Formatting of documents (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Communicating with clients
What you'll need to succeed
Be able to demonstrate a good level of general education and use of in house and external systems (proven skills in word and outlook). Previous experience of working in a similar role, involvement in legal and properties working in an office role.
