We are currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy Corporate and Commercial team based in the Colchester area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company who offer amazing benefits.

The role:

  • Preparing emails, letters and complex documents
  • Create legal document bibles both in hard copy and digital formats
  • Regular telephone contact with clients and intermediaries and respond to their requirements in a positive and professional way
  • Manage the diaries of busy members of the team and making appointments for them
  • Open and run files on the company’s IT systems and databased
  • Supporting fee earners with the preparation of bills
  • You will need to respond to the head of the company commercial department

The person:

  • Assured, confident and presentable applicant
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience within this area
