Legal Secretary

We are currently seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary to work within a busy conveyancing department based in Gloucester.

The ideal candidate should havegood accurate typing and WP skills, with a professional confident attitude to their work.

The role will include the following:

  • Act as a floating secretary to cover different teams
  • Audio typing of standard letters, contracts & documents
  • Photocopying of documents
  • Data input
  • Providing assistance to clients and external solicitors
  • Telephone answering and taking messages
  • Keeping files tidy and up to date

Key Skills Required:

Conveyancing experience preferred

Good accurate typing minimum 50wpm

Audio Typing

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential

Hours: Full time 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
