Legal Secretary

A super new immediate job opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to support a fee earner in the Conveyancing department of a well established local legal practice.
Key responsibilities for the Legal Secretary include;

  • Conducting LA searches and LR searches
  • Drafting SDLT and AP1 forms
  • Audio typing using Bighand digital dictation
  • Dealing with clients on the telephone and face to face

The ideal Legal Secretary will need;

  • Previous conveyancing legal secretarial experience
  • Fast and accurate audio typing
  • A good understanding of conveyancing processes and files
  • Confident communication skills

Hours 9.30am - 5.30pm
25 days holiday
Salary c.£27K depending on experience
