Legal Secretary

Advanced Selection are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a rapidly growing business in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

The role will include:

  • Providing excellent administrative support to the fee earning team
  • Managing fee earners diaries, arranging travel and booking meeting rooms
  • Ensuring filling system is kept accurate and up to date
  • Typing and document production
  • Monitoring emails and responding appropriately
  • Produce and maintain excel spreadsheets

The successful Legal Secretary will have the following experience:

  • Excellent telephone manner and experience of client contact
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Worked as a legal secretary previously ability to type at 60 WPM
  • Excellent IT skills and experience
