Legal Secretary

  • Experience supporting fee earners within a busy department
  • Audio typing correspondence and documentation
  • Using Legal Case Management Systems
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Answering the telephone, making appointments, booking meetings
  • Filing, Photocopying, faxing

We have ongoing assignments within the following areas and would like to hear from you if have any of the following – Corporate, Criminal, Environmental, Family, Health, Immigration, Intellectual Property, Employment, Personal Injury – Medical / Motor, Clinical Negligence, Litigation, Real Estate, Tax and Financial, Conveyancing, Probate, Wills, Trusts, Dispute Resolution, Commercial Property, Company Commercial etc.

In order to demonstrate your suitability for these roles you will have solid experience working as a Legal Secretary, be highly proficient with Audio Typing and with your IT skills including Microsoft Word and Legal Case Management System. You should enjoy working within a fast paced demanding fun team environment and love to type!

These roles are offered on an ON-GOING TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT based within a well-established firm of Solicitors within Bristol to start IMMEDIATELY.

Hours Monday – Friday 9am-5pm £10.00 - £11.00 per hour doe
