Legal Secretary, 11 month position, Derry City Centre, Leading Legal Practice

Your new company
A long established law firm who specialises in providing a range of family law and private client legal services. This client has appointed Hays to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their team. The position is expected to begin early September and last until July 2018.

Your new role
As Legal Secretary you will provide secretarial support for 2 lawyers covering family law and litigation. In doing so, you will be responsible for diary management, audio typing, word processing correspondence, updating client details on in-house system accurately, preparing client files, liaising with internal and external clients and general administration duties.

What you'll need to succeed
As Legal Secretary you will be able to demonstrate experience in the areas outlined above. You will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft applications.
