With a great reputation in the market and a strong, regional base in Cheshire, a well-established law firm is looking for a Legal Secretary on a locum basis.
Based in Knutsford, this position provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled Legal Secretary to gain additional skills within a modern and forward-thinking law firm.
Working within their Property department, the ideal candidate will be fully versed on the Land Registry portal and SDLT (stamp duty land tax). You will also be providing direct support to the team, which includes, but is not limited to, audio typing, managing diaries, dealing with client queries as well as proof reading and reformatting documents.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a legal secretary with accomplished audio typing skills, an enthusiastic attitude and the ability to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team. You will also have a demonstrable degree of self-management and initiative.
Experience in Residential Conveyancing is desirable however, my client will consider Legal Secretaries from a Commercial Property background.
Salary is negotiable upon experience.
