Legal Secretary - Wills, Tax and Trust

My client, one of the UK’s leading law firms, is currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team in the Lymington office. You will need to have previous experience working as a Legal Secretary, ideally with some experience in Private Client / Wills, Tax & Trust.

Supporting the Fee Earners, your tasks will include: typing, diary management, billing, credit control, financial transactions, and some of the more routine aspects of Legal Secretary work. You will also support clients and will therefore have excellent interpersonal skills and gain job satisfaction from providing the highest standard of client service.

You will need an eye for detail and fast, accurate word processing skills, a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a good standard of numeracy to carry out this varied role.

Your normal working hours will be Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, however you will need to be flexible in working outside these hours as the team and business requires. My client offers a competitive benefits package which includes 25 plus days holiday.
