This leading Hampshire based private practice law firm is highly respected for providing consistently high standards of service and quality legal advice. They now require a proactive Legal Secretary to join their successful Property Finance team in Winchester. Previous experience in a Law firm is preferred and Commercial Property or general Property experience would be an advantage.

To assist with an increasing workload, a Legal Secretary is now required on a permanent basis to take on a great deal of responsibility for the team. The role will involve some audio typing and digital dictation, preparation of invoices, creating client reports, opening and claosing case files, dealing with client queries, face-to-face meetings with clients, dealing with post and emails, diary arrangements, booking client meetings and all related administration.

You will be an experienced and proactive Legal PA or Legal Secretary with a consistent and proven track record of at least 2 years within law with a strong client focus and knowledge of the legal processes. A minimum typing speed of 65 wpm and good IT skills using Microsoft and Case Management systems will also be required.

This role would suit a real team player who is able to cope under pressure, take initiative and pay strong attention to detail. A flexible and professional manner would also be key.
