My client is an established legal firm based in great offices in Nottingham City Centre.

We are looking for a professional and experienced Legal Secretary to support the Construction and Commercial Dispute Resolution Teams.

This is a fabulous opportunity to work in a fast paced and exciting environment, supporting multiple Fee Earners upto Partner level.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Audio typing (Big Hand)
  • Typing and drafting correspondence
  • Amending documents
  • Diary management
  • Booking meetings and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Drafting bills
  • Opening, maintaining, closing and archiving files
  • General administration tasks

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Legal Secretary and will have fast and accurate typing speeds. You will have strong IT skills and will be a confident communicator.
