Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with Residential Conveyancing

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join our client in a established law firm in Croydon with FREE PARKING.

The role is to provide secretarial conveyancing support to the Conveyancing Solicitor.

PLEASE NOT that Legal Secretarial Residential Conveyancing experience is essential

THE ROLE

Land Registry searches

Liaising with clients both in person and over the telephone

Preparation of correspondence and documents by Audio Typing / Digital Dictation, Word Processing

Maintaining records as appropriate

Maintaining diaries and making appointments when required

Daily filing including file opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files

Ensuring confidentiality of the firm's clients and associated documentation and information

THE PERSON

Previous Legal Secretarial experience within residential conveyancing is essential

Proficient in Word Processing & Audio Typing accurately

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.)

Excellent working conditions. Hours 9-5. Excellent Salary and Free Parking
