An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant or Secretary to join this highly reputable and award-winning legal services firm at their modern and friendly offices in London.
Your primary focus will be to support to the Practice Group Manager and to deal with a broad range of administrative tasks including coordination of weekly team meetings, booking internal and external events, organising work experience weeks, booking travel, drafting expense claims, coordination of appraisals and ad hoc administrative duties as required. You’ll also participate in business development duties such as assisting with BD initiatives, provide admin support for bids and tenders, managing professional memberships and coordination of L500/Chambers submissions.
To be successful, you’ll be a highly organised, accurate and self-motivated individual with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar support role. Previous professional services experience within succession and tax would be an advantage. Computer literate, you will be a confident user on Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential as well as the ability to manage a varied, demanding and busy workload. You’ll possess a flexible, adaptable approach and have a proactive and positive 'can do’ attitude always and be happy to travel to regional offices occasionally.
