One of London's newest Law firms is looking to add a sparkling new Legal Secretary PA to support a Senior Partner in their White Collar Crime/Fraud team. Or, in simpler terms, they're looking to recruit a new Legal Secretary PA with experience in Litigation/Arbitration or Dispute Resolution.

This is one of the firms most reputed areas of Law with a fast paced and buzzy environment and plenty of work for you to do - there will be little time for clock watching and you'll be on your way home before you know it!

As mentioned, the role is supporting a very approachable Senior Partner along with 4 other fee earners within their team. Usual Secretarial and PA duties will apply including: diary management, complex travel arranging, some document amendments (don't worry, larger ones will go to the document centre!) and client liaison. If you have solid Legal Secretarial/PA experience and are looking for a challenging yet rewarding new role for 2018 then THIS is it! Anyone without Legal Secretarial will not be considered for this position.

Duties involved:
Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Draft simple correspondence when required.
*Undertake photocopying, scanning and faxing as required.
*Assist other members of the group/division/firm as required.
*Meetings and travel management.
*Manage principals' calendars.
*Arrange conference calls, video conferences, meetings, catering, conference facilities and Webex.
*Co-ordinate all travel arrangements including taxis, accommodation, currency and expense forms as appropriate.
*Prepare and collate papers ahead of meetings.
*Preparation of detailed travel itineraries.
*Preparation of visa applications; collating relevant paperwork for travel.

Client relations
*Deal with internal and client calls in a timely, confident, helpful manner and pass on accurate messages as required / action where necessary.
*Deal with visitors in a confident and professional manner.
*Keep client contact details and lists up to date.
*Arrange in-house and external client events.
*Capture and manage contact and client relationship data in the Firm's CRM system (InterAction) on behalf of their lawyer/s, and maintaining its currency and validity
*Interrogate and report on data in the CRM system as required by their lawyer/s
*Assist in preparation of bill narratives and draft cost details, as required.
*Assist in monitoring the billing process, as required.
*Deal with incoming and outgoing mail
*Monitor emails as required and forward/action as necessary
*Maintain update/reminder system of ongoing mail if required
*Establish and maintain effective and accurate filing systems (hard copy and electronic)
*Assist in opening new clients and matters, as required
*Record time for principals in their absence or as required.
*Attend training as required to keep up to date with firm wide procedures.
*Working proactively as part of a team to ensure time is used effectively using all available firm wide resources to meet pressured deadlines.
*Participate in group specific activities such as message desk.
*Effectively manage and prioritise work.
