A Legal Secretary is required to join a Law Firm based in their Manchester offices.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 12 months (minimum) experience as a legal secretary, to support a team of Solicitors specialising in Commercial Litigation work.
The Legal Secretary role will include; Audio typing, filing, document formatting, screening calls, preparing court documents, liaising with clients, liaising with courts, diary management, meeting and travel bookings, court documents, chasing information, updating in house systems and databases, opening and closing files.
Previous Legal Secretary experience is essential, ideally this will be within Commercial Litigation, however any other legal areas will be considered. You should be a hard-working secretary, able to pick up tasks independently and be able to work in an organised and professional manner.
