Legal Secretary/Office Manager - Canterbury
A well regarded law firm based in Canterbury are currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to work within the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence department.
As a Legal Secretary you will be responsible for providing full secretarial support to a Director consisting of arranging appointments, dealing with clients queries in person and over the telephone as well as audio typing via digital dictation. Within the Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence department you will also be responsible for filing, photocopying and opening closing of client files.
Within the Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence team you will also be responsible for providing office management support, consisting of liaising with the HR Manager to arrange secretarial and sickness cover, ensuring the smooth running of the office, maintaining holiday and sickness schedules, dealing with minor staff problems as well as general managerial support to the firm.
