Legal Secretary/Office Coordinator
A Legal Secretary / Office Coordinator is required ASAP on a permanent basis to support a team of Commercial lawyers.
The Legal Secretary will support Commercial Litigation lawyers that deal with a range of high quality work. It is a busy department so previous experience as a Legal PA/Secretary is key. As an Office Coordinator you will you will oversee the day to day running of the office and the full administration function.
The Legal PA Office Manager role will include:
- General office management
- Oversee client filing
- Liaise with cients
- Invoices, expenses & petty cash
- Meeting room management and facilities
- Typing and admin support/document formatting/digital dictation
- Screening calls
- Preparing court documents
- Liaising with clients
- Diary management
- Complex travel arrangements
- Meeting arrangements
- Assisting with business development and marketing materials/events
- Processing expenses
- Legal billing
- Updating in house systems and databases
- Opening and closing files
As mentioned, previous Legal PA/Secretarial experience is essential, ideally this will be within Commercial/Litigation work. Office Manager experience would also be an advantage. You should be a confident PA/OM with excellent IT skills and able to manage a demanding and busy workload.
