Legal Secretary - Litigation

We are currently looking to attract a legal secretary to join our litigation team in our City Centre Dublin Office.

The role of legal secretary will involve providing comprehensive word processing (audio/copy typing/admin support) service to the team.  Duties will include transcribing and dictation, correspondence, reports, pleadings, preparation of briefs and similar documents, liaising with clients, counsel and other service providers.

We are keen to hear from legal secretaries who share our values of teamwork, courage and focus and with the technical skills to match.

To be successful, previous litigation experience is preferred and also, to have a proactive approach, uncompromising attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, together with excellent typing skills. The ability to liaise effectively and confidently at all levels both internally and externally is also a key part of the role.
