Legal Secretary - Insurance - London
A leading Legal 200 law firm based in London are currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to work within the Global Insurance team at the Head Office in London. As a Legal Secretary, you will form an integral part of an established team of secretaries, providing excellent secretarial support to a number of fee earners across the department.
As a Legal Secretary within the Insurance team you will be responsible for providing diary management and co-ordination, arranging client and internal meetings, accurate timely preparation of correspondence via digital dictation, creating and editing spreadsheets and PowerPoints, as well as assisting with incoming billing, cash collection and accounts queries and liaising with internal support teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
To be considered for the role, my clients is requiring a Legal Secretary who has worked within a law firm previous, good IT skills particularly in Microsoft packages, good working knowledge of accounts software as well as excellent eye for detail with a concern for quality and accuracy.
