Legal Secretary/Float Secretary, Birmingham

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and PA support across all legal departments of an award winning, well established and highly respected law firm, based in Birmingham City Centre.

As a Float Secretary, you will need to be flexible, adaptable and personable to enable you to settle quickly and smoothly as you move between departments. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with clients as well as colleagues.

This is a busy, varied and interesting role, covering a wide range of legal servcies and working with various teams across the business.

Suitable candidates will have experience of working in at least three legal fields and have excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and digital dictation packages, as well as Excel and PowerPoint.

This is a full time, permanent role, working 36.25 hours per week.
